Shipping & Delivery Policy for MilkMakes.com

MilkMakes™ offers both digital products (such as patterns and downloads) and physical items (including kits, printed books, and crafted goods). These are processed and delivered differently. Digital products are delivered immediately via download or email and are non-refundable. Physical goods are shipped via postal services and are subject to separate terms on processing, delivery, and returns.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Delivery Areas
We ship physical kits and products within the UK and internationally. Royal Mail is our first-choice courier for both domestic and international deliveries. Delivery options and charges for international orders will be shown at checkout based on your location. Some restrictions may apply depending on destination country. We reserve the right to amend international shipping costs after checkout if the final packed weight significantly exceeds the original estimate. You will be contacted before dispatch if this applies.

2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. This may vary during product launches, sales, or holiday periods.

3. Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch

  • International Delivery: Tracked service only. Estimated 7 to 28 business days depending on location, with most deliveries arriving within 14 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or postal disruptions.

4. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Delivery charges include packing, handling, and fulfilment costs in addition to postage.

5. Digital Products
Patterns, downloads, and other digital content are delivered via direct download or email link immediately after purchase. No shipping charges apply to digital items. These items are considered used once accessed or downloaded and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

6. Packaging
All kits are hand-packed with care. If you receive damaged goods, please refer to our Returns Policy.

7. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly in the first instance. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

9. Pre-orders or Made-to-Order Kits
Some products may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page. These items are not eligible for same-day processing.
